One year ago, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend welcomed their unbelievably cute daughter Luna Simone Stephens to the world. In honor of Luna's first birthday, the family posed for a gorgeous black-and-white photo shoot with photographer Peter Yang that will make you wish this family could adopt you. In one of the photos, Luna is getting into the birthday festivities, holding a giant "1" balloon. Teigen and Legend both shared images from the shoot on Instagram with heartwarming captions.
"Happy first birthday Lu!!!! My lovebug. You are all the best parts of the both of us and I cannot believe how much has happened in you first 12 months of life," Chrissy Teigen captioned an album of four pictures from the shoot on Instagram. "We love you to the luna and back. Thank you @Yopeteryang for taking these awesome photos and the Lip Sync Battle team for such a nice surprise!!! ❤️❤️❤️." Teigen is a host on Lip Sync Battle, and as she explained in her op-ed for Glamour, the show's team has previously treated her and baby Luna "incredibly well." Legend shared his favorite shot from the shoot, simply captioned, "Happy birthday, Luna Simone!" The singer also posted a photo of an impressive, two-tiered cake in honor of the occasion. "We decorated it ourselves," he captioned the shot.
As if the Legend-Teigen family weren't #blessed enough, Teigen is constantly making her fans jealous by sharing the perfect mix of gorgeous and goofy photos and videos of the fam on Instagram and Snapchat. When the family went on a recent vacation to Marrakech, Morocco, Teigen documented Luna doing many adorable things, including petting a bunny, wearing her first hair bow, and even saying the word "cat" for the first time. She's also shared many other adorable Instagrams of Luna with her fans, from fun at the aquarium, to swimming to giggling uncontrollably, to crying on Santa's lap.
