The day before taping got underway for season 21 of The Bachelor, Corinne Olympios had just finished her first ever Bachelor photo shoot. In most cases, it would also be the last—but it's immediately clear to me that Corinne is not most girls. Even if she isn't the recipient of Nick Viall's final rose, there's a good chance we haven't seen the last of the 24-year-old from Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Bachelor in Paradise, perhaps? It's a definite possibility given the businesswoman and part-time model's polarizing behavior in this season's premiere.

After making some enemies in the house by asking "to borrow" Nick after already having time with him, she then decides to passionately—and awkwardly—kiss him first. "I just can't control myself over someone like that," she says to the camera. "I always go after what I want, and what I want is Nick."

As Bachelor nation knows, soundbites are just that—soundbites—and not always indicative of a contestant's behavior off-camera. But when I walk into Corinne's hotel room—where she's being sequestered prior to taping—she's as bubbly and confident as what I'll later see on the premiere. She's totally game and forthcoming as we film a video (see that, below) and talk about her business endeavors ("I run my family's online business, doing epoxy floorings and roof coatings.") and her love of Kylie cosmetics ("It's my life saver! I'm wearing Candy K on my lips right now with Koko K lip gloss.") She admits she doesn't want Nick to see her tweeze her eyebrows, telling me, "It's always such a process! I'm so slow!" And when she notices her pale pink scissors among the contents of her makeup stash, she acknowledges the rhinestones on it saying, "I'm just a very sparkly person!"

When it comes time to show me the dresses she's brought along, she holds up a burnt-colored bandage-style dress and says, "This is really good on my skin tone because I have light brown eyes." And when holding up her Valentino rock studded heels, she mentions that they're actually very comfortable and she could "walk in them all night." One thing is certain—love her or love to hate her—Corinne knows who she is, what works for her, and what she wants in a significant other. Can't fault a girl for that.

But what is that exactly? And who is her ideal Bachelor-nation couple? Corinne tells me all that and more. Read on.

Glamour: What was your first thought when you found out Nick was going to be this season's Bachelor?

Corinne Olympios: It made me more excited. I just think he’s so caring and so cute and so outspoken about his feelings. He’s adorable as a person inside and out. I’m so excited that it’s him.

Glamour: So what are three things you need in this next relationship, if it is with Nick?

Corinne: I need him to be very supportive of me, I need him to be very hands on in the relationship and caring, and I need him to love dogs. [Laughs] I have three dogs, [including a] pug chihuahua mix [and] a hot dog chihuahua mix.

Glamour: What are your non-negotiables?

Corinne: I don’t tolerate smoking. I don’t tolerate not answering the phone if it’s not during work hours. Like, sorry, no! [Laughs] And getting really, really drunk all the time.

Corinne Olympios spends some one-on-one time with The Bachelor's Nick Viall in the premiere episode.

Glamour: By the way, who submitted you for The Bachelor?

Corinne: I submitted myself. I just submitted a picture and wrote a little paragraph, like whatever. Next thing I know, bing! Here I am!

Glamour: Who is your Bachelor couple role model?

Corinne: I love Shawn [Booth] and Kaitlyn [Bristowe]. I think they are so cute, and I love what they do on social media. They do a lot of fun stuff. They are doing some sort of workout thing now, and I think it’s really cool. I like it a lot.

Glamour: You live and work in Florida. Would you be willing to relocate?

Corinne: Yes.

What's next for Corinne and Nick? Stay tuned to next Monday's new episode of The Bachelor on ABC at 8 P.M. ET.
