Jennifer Aniston does not care about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce.
This is something we've contended ever since Pitt and Jolie announced their split more than a month ago. Tabloids were quick to paint Aniston as ecstatic in light of #BrangelinaGate, but it seems more likely that the Cake actress was too busy counting her millions and/or staring at her shirtless husband (Justin Theroux) to even realize the news.
And Chelsea Handler has now confirmed this—well, more or less. In a new interview with Grazia, Handler reveals Aniston's opinion about Pitt and Jolie's conscious uncoupling. Spoiler alert: She doesn't have one—because she DGAF!
"It's so stupid and pathetic," Handler said. "As if Jen cares—she doesn't care. It's ridiculous that people still drag her into this. Hello, as if she is sitting around even caring about this."
Amen. It's been 11 years since Aniston and Pitt divorced. The idea that Aniston is dancing on a pile of burning Us Weekly back issues is ludicrous. Did we mention that she is literally married to someone else?
And even if she wasn't, it's still preposterous to think Aniston gives a lick about the relationship status of her ex-husband of more than a decade ago. Her life is too damn good—amazing friends, great health, a killer career, etc.—to give Pitt and Jolie a second glance. Aniston is way more than the men of her past—all women are.
So, thank you, Chelsea Handler, for shutting down the "vengeful Jennifer Aniston" narrative once and for all.
