On Sunday BuzzFeed reported that Donald Trump's presidential campaign had been subpoenaed for "all documents concerning any accusations that were made during Donald J. Trump’s election campaign for president, that he subjected any woman to unwanted sexual touching and/or sexually inappropriate behavior." The subpoena comes at the request of a case involving Summer Zervos, a former Apprentice contestant, who says that the President kissed and grabbed her during a meeting at a Beverly Hills hotel a decade ago. Trump, however, has denied the allegations, and his legal team is trying to keep a civil suit like Zervos' from being brought against a sitting President.
In the midst of this brewing legal storm, NowThis unearthed an old video of Trump—the exact year is unclear but it seems likely that it was sometime during the Apprentice run—having an uncomfortable interaction with a woman attending a seminar he was lecturing at.
It starts with a woman in the audience asking Trump how many jets he owns and whether she could be a flight attendant. Trump then calls the woman up to the stage, embraces her, and as he has his arm around her waist tells her that she's hired.

While the woman remains beside him, Trump launches into an anecdote about a teenager, a "17- or 18-year-old" who was a "world-class beauty," who applied to be a waitress with one of his businesses. Trump tells the crowd that despite her having no experience, he interviewed the teenager "because she was so pretty" and then informs the crowd he offered her the job.
As Trump finishes his story, the woman from the audience then departs from the stage, but not before getting a kiss on the cheek from Trump alongside a promise that she can "work on [his] plane anytime."
Left alone on the stage once more, Trump then reflects on the moment, telling the crowd that if the woman did work on his plane it would be "like a death wish" for him and comparing his approach to women like an alcoholic dealing with their addiction. It's enough to make anyone's skin crawl.
Of course, this isn't the first time the President's inappropriate actions toward women has been documented on film. The NowThis clip comes just over a year after Trump's infamous "grab them by the pussy" Access Hollywood clip leaked. Numerous women have come forward, alleging Trump's predatory behavior, and if the subpoena tied to Zervos' case is allowed to proceed, it could reveal a lot.
