Just as frustrating as the idea that one ideal body type or size is the thought that the shade "nude" refers to a single hue on the color spectrum. Obviously, skin tones vary from the palest of ivory to rich, dark browns—and all are beautiful. Lingerie brand Naja gets this, and revealing its Nude for All collection yesterday with seven different takes on the concept. True to the purpose of skin tone-mimicking underpinnings, the range is made up of T-shirt bras, thongs, and briefs meant to disappear under your clothing.

Exciting, but eek—how do you figure out exactly which nude is your nude? The brand has cleverly paired each of its colors with makeup, detailing which shade to go with based on your foundation color (options from Nars, Bobbi Brown, MAC, and L'Oréal are all listed).

It was the absence of darker neytrals that led to the line being made; Girald got busy after watching gymnast Gabby Douglas in the last summer Olympics and noticing how her lighter-toned nude ankle wraps were such a dismal match to her actual skin tone.
